I always aim to meet with couples at least two weeks prior to the big day, in addition to the initial consultation. This gives me a fresh view of the couple’s ideas and the day they have planned.

When I first met with Rosie and Joab they had their heart set on The Humber Barn, next door to the Old Workshop in Bishopsteignton, although the venue wasn't finished! Thankfully Humber Barn is now finished and a fully functioning Devon Wedding Venue, a fantastic one!

I enjoyed listening to Joab and Rosie's ideas it really sounded like they knew what they wanted and set on making it happen. The ceremony was simply beautiful and full of emotion, followed by the couple’s funfair theme at Humber Barn.
